1. Event Location and Organizer:

• The events hosted by RiverCity Renewables are primarily located in Queensland, Australia. Phillip Riley Pty Ltd is the official organiser of these events.

2. Ticket Cancellation:

• RiverCity Renewables reserves the right to cancel event tickets in the following circumstances:
• Ticket availability: In the event that all available tickets are sold or allocated.
• Sponsorship Requests: Tickets may be subject to cancellation in response to sponsorship requests or agreements.

3. Event Attendees:

• Our events are open to individuals actively involved in, or interested in getting involved in, the energy transition and renewable energy industry.
• Recruiters or advisors seeking to attend these events may be subject to additional conditions:
• "Giving Back": Prior to attendance approval, recruiters or advisors may be required to contribute to the event in the form of sponsorship or similar forms of support. This requirement is in place to ensure a balanced and mutually beneficial experience for all participants.

4. Event Participation:

• Participation in RiverCity Renewables events is subject to compliance with all event-specific terms and conditions, in addition to these general terms.

5. Code of Conduct:

• All event attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and a professional atmosphere during the events. Violations of this code may result in ejection from the event.

6. Photography and Recording:

• RiverCity Renewables may capture and record event activities, including photos and videos. By attending these events, attendees grant RiverCity Renewables the right to use such media for promotional or informational purposes.

7. Liability:

• RiverCity Renewables, its organisers, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the events. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and well-being.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• RiverCity Renewables reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the attendee to review these terms periodically for updates.
